Vital recipes that fill you with energy

Does fatigue often defeat you? Nowadays, we can think that it is normal to answer with a yes. But is not. In its natural state our organism is energetic.

So, you have to ask yourself a few questions: how and how much do you sleep, if you expose yourself to the sun, if you do enough physical exercise, how much water do you take…

Drinking a good glass of water can revitalize us instantly and make fatigue disappear. But there is much more, of course.

There is also the food. Its original function is to provide energy, but if the nutrients lack nutrients we are weakening, the organs no longer work as they should and we are declining.

The foods that provide us with more energy are those rich in enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients, minerals and antioxidants. These components are above all in raw, living foods, which nature gives us. There is energy, in life.

With the cooking and other abrupt processes to which we subject the food, the energy and vital contribution disappears. Food is no longer what we intend.

Dip yourself, then, in raw food and fill your fridge with live food for energy.

Superfoods against fatigue

Here are some examples of raw foods with energizing action. But there are many more and they are in the recipes we have already proposed above.
